Meatless Patties by

Ingredients

2 Tbs. active dry yeast
1/2 C warm water
1 tsp. honey
4 C quick oats
1 C wheat germ
2 C diced onion
6 tsp. Ener-G Egg Replacer Seasoning (dissolved in 8 Tbs. water)
1 Tbs. Bragg's All Purpose Seasoning
2 tsp sage
1/2 C walnuts/pecans, finely chopped
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp garlic powder
3 C non-dairy milk

Instructions

1. Combine yeast, water, and honey in a bowl. Let stand 10 min
2. Add remaining ingredients and mix well
3. Form into patties (12) and fry in non-stick skillet.
4. Place in a baking dish and cover with gravy.
5. Bake in oven for 20-30 min or until gravy bubbles.
