Key Lime Pie by

Ingredients

For Crust:
1 and 1/4 cup of crushed graham crackers
3~4 tablespoons of melted butter
1 tablespoon of sugar

For Filling:
1 can of sweetened condensed milk
3 egg yolks
1/2 cup of key lime juice
1 cup heavy cream
3 tablespoons of sugar powder

Instructions

1. In a bowl, mix graham crackers, sugar and butter
2. Then put in a round mould (9 in.) and spread evenly around sides and bottom
3. Bake 15 minutes at 160 C until golden brown and let cool
4. Mix condensed milk, key lime juice and egg yolks
5. Pour in mould above the baked graham crackers
6. Bake 15 minutes at 175 C
7. When cooled, refrigerate for 1 hour
8. Whisk cream until thick then add sugar powder until thick and creamy
9. Spread evenly on the pie
10. At last, put a small slice of key lime and grate some on the surface for decor
