Ingredients
Puffed rice 2 cups
Green chillies - 5
Coconut - 1/2 cup
Cumin seeds - 1 tbsp
Garlic - 1 clove
Salt as required
Lemon optional
Instructions
Blend coconut, green chillies, cumin seeds and clove to a semi dry paste.
Heat oil in pan, add mustard seeds, curry leaves, once they splutter add the paste and allow it to get dried completely.
Meanwhile soak the puffed rice in water and keep adding it to the paste. Stir until they mix completely. Add salt as required while you add the semi dry paste. Add 1/2 tpsp lemon juice just before serving.
Now yummy pael porri is ready.
