Rice Krispie Rolls by

Ingredients
3/4 cup of sugar
3/4 cup light corn syrup
3/4 cup peanut butter
4 1/2 cups Rice Krispie cereal
1 cup chocolate chips
1 cup butterscotch chips

Instructions
Mix sugar and corn syrup together in a large sauce pan, heat over very low flame just until mixture starts to bubble. Watch closely and remove from the heat. Stir in peanut butter, mix well, then stir in cereal and make sure all is coated. Butter a jelly roll pan very well; press the warm cereal mixture into the pan. Melt the chocolate and butterscotch chips together and mix well. Spread the chocolate/butterscotch mixture over the cereal mixture. Cut the cereal mixture in half and roll up each piece jellyroll fashion. Wrap tightly with wax paper and put into the refrigerator until firm. Remove from fridge and slice as desired.
NOTE:
You only put the rolls in the fridge initially to set the mixture, do not leave in fridge or it will be too hard to slice.
