fresh salmon ( Norweigan) by

Ingredients
pieces of Norweigan salmon - cut into 1/2 pound ( or so) with skin on
top fillet with butter, lightly sprinkle with salt. sprinkle with dry dill and lemon
(Buy light dill dip )
Meredith's dill recipe ( not low ca)
equal parts of mayo and sour cream
1/2 bottle capers
juice of 1/2 lemon
1 tsp. prepared mustard
Lots of chopped dill ( fresh or dried )
Mix all ingredients together to taste
Chill before serving

Instructions
Put salmon in a shallow baking dish ( either oiled with olive oil or with parchment )
squeeze some lemon juice on top
lightly salt
put dried dill on top
Bake at 400 for 10 minutes or so or broil 10 -12 minutes
Serve with dill dip or Meredith's sauce
