Ingredients
4-6 slices bread ( buttered on one side )
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
2 cups shredded Monterrey Jack cheese
1 pound Sausage ( cooked and cooled) ( bulk )
5- 6 pepperoncini peppers ( coarsely chopped)
6-7 eggs ( lightly beaten )
2 1/2 cups milk
1 tablespoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon oregano
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon dried mustard

Instructions
1. Place bread slices buttered side down in a 9 x 13 baking dish
2. Sprinkle next 4 ingredients evenly over bread.
3. Mix together eggs, milk, and spices until well blended
4. Pour egg mixture evenly over everything
5. Cover and refrigerate over night
6. Bake uncovered at 325 for 50 minutes
LEt stand 10 minutes before serving.
