1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup white or golden balsamic vinegar
1/2 tsp. Salt
black pepper ( optional ))
1 clove minced garlic ( I used 1/2 tsp. Garlic salt )
3 tbsp. Chopped fresh basil
1/4 cup onion Chopped ( I tried it but did not like it )
1 1/2 cups of mozzarella balls ( the little ones )
1 pint grape tomatoes or cherry tomatoes , halved

Mix together first 5 ingredients for dressing and toss in cheese and tomatoes. Chill until ready to serve.
