3/4 cup butter
3/4 brown sugar

1 tsp vanilla
2 smashed bananas
1 tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda

4 Tablespoon butter
6 tbsp. Brown sugar
4 Tsp. Milk
1/2 tsp vanilla
Powdered sugar

3/4 cup butter 3/4 brown sugar 1 egg 1 tsp vanilla 2 smashed bananas 1 tsp salt 1 tsp baking soda 2 cup s flour 4 Tablespoon butter 6 tbsp Brown sugar 4 Tsp Milk 1/2 tsp vanilla

Cream together butter and sugar, then add vanilla and banana. Add salt, soda & flour. Place slightly rounded Tblsp on parchment-lined sheets. Bake @ 350 for 10-12 minutes. Cool on rack.

For the icing- boil butter,sugar & milk for one minute; then add vanilla. Add enough powdered sugar for spreading consistency, Ice the cooled cookies. ( makes a lot of extra icing).

Makes about 2 dozen cookies.
