Baked Ziti Casserole by

Ingredients
2 cups uncooked ziti pasta ( about 1/2 box)
1 lb. bulk Italian pork sausage
1 can Progresso ( 18.5 oz.) heart healthy tomato soup
1 cup ricotta cheese
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 egg
shredded mozzarella cheese ( I used an entire bag )
Chopped fresh basil leaves
2 cup
s uncooked ziti pasta ( about 1/2 box)

Instructions
1. Heat oven to 375 degrees
2. Cook and drain pasta as directed on package. In 12 inch skillet, cook sausage over medium- high heat, stirring occasionally, until no longer pink. Drain. Add soup, and cooked pasta; stir well
3. In a small bowl, mix ricotta cheese, Parmesan and egg.
4. Spoon pasta mixture into untreated 11 x 17 inch ( 2 quart ) glass baking dish. Sprinkle ricotta mixture on top; sprinkle with mozzarella. Spray sheet of foil with cooking spray; cover baking dish with foil; sprayed side down.
5. Bake 25- 30 minutes, removing foil last 10 minutes of bake time, until cheese melts and mixture is hot and bubbly. Sprinkle with basil.
