Basil Tomato Rotini Pasta by

Ingredients

1 large tomato or 2 medium ( diced)
.75 ounces of fresh basil ( chopped)
4-6 oz. fresh olive oil ( I heated it in the microwave for 30 seconds)
4-6 oz shredded Stella Quattro Formaggi cheese
1 lb. rotini pasta
1/2 tsp. Salt
1/4 tsp. Pepper
1/2 tsp. Garlic powder ( I used garlic salt)

Instructions

Place above ingredients each into separate bowls. Set aside
Bring 4 quarts of water in medium pot to a boil and 1 tablespoon of salt
Cook the past as directed on the box to al denote
Strain the pasta in a strainer then transfer to a large pasta serving dish
Add diced tomatoes, chopped basil, olive oil, Stella Quattro formaggi cheese, salt, pepper, and garlic.
Mix all together in serving dish making sure ingredients are evenly mixed and coat the pasta. Serve
