Chicken -Broccoli Quiche by

Ingredients
1 package frozen chopped broccoli or 1 pound fresh broccoli cut into 1 inch pieces, cooked crisp-tender and well drained.
1 whole chicken breast, cooked, boned, skinned and cut into 1 inch pieces
1 package gruyere cheese ( grated )
9 inch deep dish pastry shell partially baked ( prick first with toothpick )
3 eggs
1 cup heavy cream
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 teaspoon salt
minced chives

Instructions
1. Grate Gruyere into deep dish pie, then chicken, and finally chicken
2. Beat eggs, cream, lemon juice, salt until mixed but not frothy.
3. Pour into shell. Let mixture rest about 5-10 minutes before baking
4. Bake in preheated 375 oven 40 minutes or until center is set
5. Garnish with chives
