Ingredients
Full share Veggie Box daikon radishes
2 teaspoons olive oil
1/4 cup thinly sliced yellow onions
1/4 cup water
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
pinch of salt
parsley, for garnish (optional)

Instructions
Step 1
Wash, peel, and dice your daikon radishes into uniformly sized half moons, about 1 inch thick.
Step 2
In a medium skillet, heat the oil over medium heat. Add onions and saute until they start to brown, about 5 minutes. Add the radishes to the pan so that they lie flat and cook without touching for about 5 minutes. After 5 minutes, add the water, vinegar, and salt.
Step 3
Cover the pan and let the radishes continue to cook until the liquid has evaporated from the pan and the radishes are tender, about 10 minutes. Garnish with parsley if you like.
