Beef Fajita Rice Bowls by

Ingredients

1 lb Ground beef
1 Packet Fajita Mix
1/4 c Water
1 T Vegetable oil
1 onion, diced
Bell peppers, diced
1 can diced tomatoes, drained

Instructions

1. In large skillet, heat 1 tbsp. oil. Sautee onion and bell peppers until tender. Remove from skillet.
2. In same skillet, brown ground beef until
thoroughly cooked; drain fat.
3. Add seasoning and 1/4 cup water; blend well. Bring to a boil; reduce heat. Simmer,
uncovered, 3 to 5 minutes, stirring
occasionally.
4. Return vegetables to skillet, add tomatoes, until heated through
Serve over rice
