Crockpot Smothered Pork Chops by

Ingredients

4 pork chops bone-in or boneless
1 cup mushrooms sliced
1 can (10 3/4 ounce) cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup sour cream
1 ranch dip package

Instructions

Place pork chops in the crock pot, then add the mushrooms
In a small bowl, mix mushroom soup, sour cream and ranch package, pour over
pork chops. This will seem thick, but as the meat cooks it releases juices and thins the gravy.
Turn crockpot on low and cook for 6 to 8 hours. Stir the pork chops after 2 hours
to help mix in the juices.
Serve over noodles or rice.
