Basic Chick Pea ("Tuna") Salad Recipe (Vegan) by

Ingredients

2 cans of chick peas
2 stalks of celery
1 medium carrot
1/2 red onion
1/2 cup vegan mayo

Instructions

Use food processor to chop each vegetable and the chick peas independently of one another. Chick peas should have a fine texture; veggies should have minced consistency.

Mix chick peas and veggies together with a spoon.

Add mayo and mix it in.

Serve or refrigerate.
