Ingredients
1 head of cabbage, coarsely cut
1 bunch of celery, sliced
4 medium baking potatoes,cubed
1 sweet onion, chopped
4 Italian sausage Tofurkey dogs (or similar) cut into chunks
Olive oil
Salt
Pepper, generous
Half jar of cranberry, orange, jalapeno spread

head of cabbage, coarsely cut
1
bunch of celery, sliced

medium baking potatoes,cubed

sweet onion, chopped

Italian sausage Tofurkey dogs (or similar) cut into chunks
Instructions
1. Coat bottom of large crock pot generously with olive oil.
2. Add all ingredients
3. Cook until veggies are tender, stirring occasionally.
