Ingredients
1 lb. Grass-Fed Ground YAK (from Hot Disch Farm, LLC.)
A Bunch of Potatoes
A Healthy amount of Carrots
2 Celery Sticks
1 Can of Cream of Chicken Soup
Salt and Pepper to taste

of Cream of Chicken Soup
Instructions
Brown the ground yak to medium rare (some pink is good). Add the Cream of Chicken Soup. Cut potatoes, carrots and celery into small chunks. Mix all ingredients into a crock pot, add some salt and pepper to taste. Heat for three hours on high, two hours on low. Serve with a large spoon and enjoy the Yak!
