Asian Ramen Slaw by

This makes a lot, so if making for just a few people, half it.
Also, it does not keep well overnight because the noodles get soggy, but it still tastes great.
Ingredients
Ramen:
1/2 stick margarine
2 packs ramen noodles, broken into bite-size bits (save seasoning pkt. for later)
1/4 - 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
Dressing:
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup white vinegar
1/4 cup oil
2 Tbsp soy sauce
Slaw:
1 package slaw mix (tri-color)
3 green onions (or more) chopped (green and white parts)

Instructions
Ramen:
Melt butter in a large saucepan over low heat. Add the broken ramen and seeds and saute on low until lightly browned and crunchy. Watch that it does not burn. Cool.
Dressing:
Combine ingredients in a small saucepan. Bring to a boil. Simmer over medium heat for 2 minutes, stirring to dissolve sugar. Cool and add soy sauce.
Slaw:
Put slaw mix and onions into a large bowl. Add ramen mixture, then pour dressing over all and stir well.
Serve immediately.
