Ingredients

Crust: 2 cups all-purpose flour 3/4 cup margarine, melted 3 Tbsp. milk 1/3 cup powder sugar 1/4 tsp. salt 1/2 cup Oreo cookies, ground 1/2 cup graham crackers, ground Filling: 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened 1 (12 oz.) evaporated milk 1 (15 oz.) canned pumpkin puree 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract 1/2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice or apple pie spice 1/4 tsp. cinnamon 1 pkg. (3.4 oz.) instant vanilla pudding mix 1/4 cup maple syrup Topping: 1 (8 oz.) cool whip 1 Tbsp. molasses 3 drops orange food coloring

Instructions

Crust: Beat flour, margarine, milk, sugar, salt, cookies and graham crackers together.

Pour into a 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes.

Cool completely.

Filling: Beat cream cheese, evaporated milk, pumpkin puree, vanilla extract, spice, cinnamon, dry pudding mix, maple syrup until creamy.

Spread over Crust.

Topping: Mix cool whip, molasses and orange food coloring.

Spread over Filling layer.
