Noodle Salad by

Ingredients
1/2 cup butter
2 (3-ounce) packages oriental ramen noodles, crumbled
1/4 cup slivered almonds
1/4 cup sesame seeds
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1/4 cup distilled white vinegar
1 teaspoon soy sauce
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 head napa cabbage, shredded
5 to 6 green onions, chopped
Instructions
In a sillet, melt butter over medium heat on stovetop. Add noodles, almonds, and sesame seeds; cook, stirring constantly, until butter is absorbed and almonds are golden. Remove from pan and chill for 30 minutes.
In a small bowl, whisk together sugar, oil, vinegar, soy sauce, and salt.
In a large bowl, combine cabbage and green onions. Toss with noodle mixture and dressing just prior to serving.
