Wild Rice Casserole by Sarea Clark

Ingredients

1 C. Wild Rice 8 Slices of Bacon 1/2 C. Onion, chopped 1/4 C. Butter 1 Can Mushrooms, undrained 1/3 Can Water 1 TBS Worcestershire Sauce 1/2 tsp. Salt 1/2 tsp. Accent 1/4 tsp. Sage 1/4 tsp. Pepper

Instructions

Boil rice for an hour in salted water for one hour,or until tender.
Fry bacon and crumble, reserving 1/2 for top.
Saute onion in butter and add remaining ingredients. Mix together with rice and sprinkle remaining bacon on top.

Bake covered at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
