Frying pan with a lid Spatula Mushroom gravy Mushrooms Ground beef Salt pepper 6 large potatoes Pot to boil potatoes Milk Butter Strainer Mixer with paddle attachments Bread crumbs 1 egg Cutting board Knife

Cut potatoes into cubes put into pot cover with water boil on high then medium heat 34 minutes drain return to pot set aside
Preheat pan on medium high heat
In a mixing bowl crumble beef add in egg seasoning and bread crumbs mix until well incorporated shape into patties
Cook patties 6 minutes each side
Add gravy and mushrooms cover and simmer 20 minutes on low heat
Once patties are done mash the potatoes to your liking
Plate and serve with favorite salad or vegetable
