Caramel Apple Pie by Sarea Clark

Ingredients

Crust: 2 C. Flour 1 C. Brown Sugar 1/2 C. Oats 1/2 tsp. Salt 1/3 C. Pecans, chopped 3/4 C. Melted Butter Topping: 4 C. Apples, peeled and sliced 3/4 C. Sugar 1/2 tsp. Cinnamon 3 TBS Flour 15 Caramel squares, cut in half

Instructions

Crust: Combine all ingredients in a zip lock bag, seal bag and mix with hands until combined. Set aside 1 cup of mixture for topping. Press the rest in the bottom and up the sides of a well greased pie plate.

Topping: Combine ingredients in a zip lock bag and mix well. Pour into pie plate crust and top with remaining crust.

Bake at 375 degrees for 40 minutes or until apples are tender.
