Meatballs by Powell family recipe book

Ingredients

3 pounds ground beef 1/2 C diced onion 2 eggs 2 garlic cloves minced 2 teaspoons chili powder 2 teaspoons salt 1/2 teaspoon pepper 1 cup milk 1 cup rolled (quick) oats 1 cup cracker crumbs

Instructions

Makes about 45 meatballs:

In a small skillet, saute onion in a little oil until translucent. Set aside. Make meatballs. In a large bowl, mix together milk, eggs, garlic, chili powder, salt, and pepper. Fold in ground beef, rolled oats, cracker crumbs and onion. Mix just until combined. Form into meatballs using 1/4 C mixture per meatball. Place in a baking dish.

Use spaghetti sauce or BBQ or split and do some of each, pour over top. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes
