Ingredients
Crust:
2 cups all-purpose flour
3/4 cup margarine, melted
3 Tbsp. milk
1/3 cup powder sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. chocolate syrup
Filling:
1 (6 oz.) Greek yogurt
2 Tbsp. honey
1 cup mini marshmallows
2 tsp. crème de cacao
2 tsp. crème de menthe
1/2 cup m & m's
Topping:
1 (8 oz.) cool whip
1/2 cup York mint patties, chopped
3 drops green food coloring
Instructions
Crust: Beat flour, margarine, milk, sugar, salt and chocolate syrup together.
Pour into a 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes.
Cool completely.
Filling: Beat Greek yogurt, honey, marshmallows, crème de cacao & crème de menthe together until smooth.
Spread over Crust.
Spread m & m's over the filling layer.
Topping: Mix cool whip, mint patties & green food coloring together.
Spread over the m & m's layer.
Decorate.
