Never Fail Dumplings by Sarea Clark

Ingredients

1 1/2 C. Flour 1/2 tsp. Salt 3 TBS Shortening 1 Egg, beaten 5 TBS Water

Instructions

Mix above into soft dough and divide into two parts. Roll very thin and let dry 15-20 minutes. Cut into 2" squares and drop into broth. Simmer for 15 minutes.
