Wheat bread roll - american style by

A recipe for 8 american wheat bread rolls made in bread machine.
Ingredients
- water: 130 ml
- milk 3,2%: 50 ml
- salt: 1.5 tsp
- egg: 1 medium
- olive oil: 2 tbsp
- sugar: 1.5 tbsp
- wheat flour type 450: 390 g
- fresh yeast: 18 g
- optionally - sesame seeds: 2 tbsp
Instructions
1. Add all ingredients. Remember to crush the yeast, so it will mix with the flour better.
2. Start program for sandwich bread (No. 5). After 5-10 minutes check the consistency (just in case).
3. When the machine notify that it finished mixing, take out the dough and put on a pastry board (covered with flour). From half of the dough form 4 round buns and the other half cover with a cloth. Now you can put sesame on top of the buns. Put the buns to the machine and start baking.
4. When the first 4 buns are ready, form next 4 buns from the rest of the dough and bake them as well.
