4 eggs 2 c flour 2 c sugar 1 c oil 2 t baking powder 2 t baking soda 2 t cinnamon 1 c chopped nuts 2 c grated carrots

Beat all ingredients, adding nuts and carrots last. Bake in prepared 13x9" pan at 350 for 45-55 minutes. Frost with Cream Cheese Icing.
