Red Enchiladas by
Ingredients
Ground beef
Tortillas
Diced onion
Canned jalapenos or green chilis
20oz enchilada sauce
Shredded cheese
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°
Saute onions and jalapenos/chilis. Add ground beef and cook.
Drain oil, add a little taco seasoning and some enchilada sauce.
Pour some enchilada sauce in the bottom of the pan. Fill tortillas with beef and cheese.
Pour remaining sauce over and sprinkle with cheese. Bake 20-25 minutes.
