Cream Puffs by Sarea Clark

Ingredients

1 C. Water 1 Stick Butter Boil, then stir in 1 cup of flour fast and hard until it forms a ball, no lumps. Beat in 4 eggs until there is no shine. (It takes a few minutes).

Instructions

Drop by big spoonfuls on a cookie sheet, 10 qty.

Bake at 350 degrees 35-40 minutes until puffy and golden.

When cooled, cut the top 1/3 off and fill with chocolate pudding, top with powdered sugar.
