2008 - Butterscotch Cookie-Mix Cookies by

Ingredients
1 box (18.25 oz size) yellow cake mix with pudding
2 eggs
½ cup butter, melted
¼ cup brown sugar
1 tablespoon cocoa powder
1 cup butterscotch chips
½ cup chopped nuts – optional (walnuts or cashews)
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
2. Cover cookie sheets with parchment paper.
3. Mix ingredients, folding in chips and nuts last.
4. Drop by tablespoonfuls onto parchment paper.
5. Bake approximately 14 minutes, until golden on the edges, being careful not to overbake.
6. Cool for a minute, then transfer to wire racks to cool thoroughly.
