No Bake Energy Bites by ReliefSociety

Ingredients

3 cups old-fashioned oats 2 cups toasted shredded coconut (I prefer unsweetened. It's really easy to toast coconut on the stove.) 1 1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips 1/2 cups ground flax seed 1 cups honey 1 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter 2 teaspoons vanilla extract 3 tablespoons chia seeds (optional)

Instructions

Mix everything together (easiest for me when I mix all the dry ingredients together first).
Refrigerate mix for a few hours.
Roll into balls.
