Rhubarb Cake by Sarea Clark

Ingredients

1 1/2 C. Sugar 1/2 C. Shortening 1 Egg 1 C. Sour Milk 1 tsp. Baking Soda 2 C. Flour 1 1/2 - 2 C. Raw Rhubarb Vanilla

Instructions

Pour mixed ingredients into pan and sprinkle with 1/2 cup of brown sugar and 1 tsp of cinnamon.

Bake at 350 degrees until toothpick is clean.
