Sea Scallops by
Ingredients
Jumbo sea scallops ( pound or so )
1/2 cup of flour
butter
white wine ( sherry )
2-4 sliced fresh garlic
Instructions
Lightly flour scallops
saute in butter , wine and garlic
cook 3-5 minutes and serve
