Kookie Bars by

Ingredients
30 pieces Schwan's Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough (#644), thawed
1 cup pecan pieces, divided
1 cup carmel topping
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup peanut butter
1 cup sugar
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla
1 can prepared chocolate frosting
Instructions
Heat oven to 375ºF.
Press cookie dough and 1/2 cup pecans into ungreased 9" X 13" baking pan. Pour caramel topping over the top and set aside.
In medium bowl, combine flour, peanut butter, sugar, egg, and vanilla; stir until well blended. Sprinkle over caramel topping and press down.
Bake for 25-30 minutes.
Cool then spread with frosting and sprinkle with 1/2 cup pecan pieces. To make it easier to cut into bars, you can put pan in the freezer for 30 minutes.
