Swedish Rosettes by Sarea Clark

Ingredients

2 Eggs 1 TBS Sugar 1/4 tsp. Salt 1 C. Flour 1 C. Milk 1 tsp. Vanilla Powdered Sugar

Instructions

Combine eggs, sugar and salt. Beat well, add the rest and beat until smooth. Heat iron, dip in fryer 2/3 and fry at 375 degrees.

Dip in powdered sugar.
