10 eggs 1 T baking soda 1 T salt

Cover eggs with water. Add baking soda and salt. Cover and bring to a boil. Let boil for 5 minutes and 20 seconds. Turn off heat and let eggs sit in the hot water for 10 minutes. Remove eggs from water and submerge in ice water for 5 minutes
