Great as a topper but also fantastic as a marinade or glaze.

1/2 cup tomato sauce 1/2 cup amber ale (Little Creatures Rogers works well) 1/4 cup brown sugar 1 tbsp worchestershire sauce 3 tsp smokey paprika 1 tsp dried oregano 1 tsp ground cumin

Combine all ingredients in a small pot and bring to the boil, stirring regularly.

Drop to low heat and simmer, stirring occasionally until desired thickness is achieved (it will thicken a little on standing).
