Country Gravy by
Ingredients
1/2 cup cashew butter
2 cups water
1 tbsp flour
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1 tsp salt free poultry seasoning
1 tsp lemon juice
Instructions
Place all of the ingredients except for the lemon juice into a blender. Blend until smooth (1-2 minutes should do the trick) Add mixture to a small saucepan and place over medium high heat. Cook for 7-10 minutes, stirring often, until sauce is thickened. Gently stir in the lemon juice. Set out the rice and toppings and let family members create their own delicious stack of goodness!
