Meat and cheese tray by
Ingredients
Small , medium, or large plastic serving platter with a lid
1/2 Lb. of Roast Beef, Turkey, Ham, or you can do 1/2 Lb. of Pepperoni, Salami, Mortadella, or other Italian meats or any other meat of your choice for a small platter. 1 Lb. of meat for a medium and 2Lbs to 2 1/2 lbs. for a large platter .
As for the cheese you can do 1/2 Lb. of American cheese, Colby Jack or any other cheese that you like same for the Italian meat platter Also follow the poundage for how many people you are feeding .
Crackers of your choice, or bead if you want make sandwiches .
If you want to you can cube the meat and cheese , if you do ask for meat and cheese to be cut in blocks so you can cube it.
Instructions
Arrange meat and cheese around platter in a nice circle. If it is not cubed, roll it and layer it.
Add crackers in the middle chill until ready to serve
