Stir Fry Chicken by Sarea Clark

Ingredients

3 TBS Chicken Broth 4-5 Chicken Breasts, cut up 2 Cloves of Garlic 1/2 C. Carrots 3 C. Broccoli 1 C. Snow Peas Sauce: 3 TBS Soy 1/4 C. Cornstarch 1/2 tsp. Ginger 2 C. Chicken Broth

Instructions

Heat the 3 TBS of chicken broth and chicken for 3-5 minutes, then remove. Add garlic and carrots, fry for 5 minutes. Add broccoli and snow peas and fry for 5 more minutes and add chicken.

Whisk sauce together and pour over, stirring frequently until thickened and serve over rice.
