Lasagna Soup by Sarea Clark

Ingredients

1 Small Onion 1 lb. Mild Italian Sausage 1 lb. Ground Beef 2-24 oz. Bottles of Spaghetti Sauce 32 oz. Chicken Broth 16 oz. Cottage Cheese 1 C. Ricotta Cheese 1 tsp. Garlic Granuls 1 TBS Parsley 8 Lasagna Noodles Parmesan Cheese

Instructions

Brown sausage and beef with onion.
Boil sauce and chicken stock and add broken noodles. Boil 5 minutes. Add ricotta, sausage, beef, garlic and parsley. Simmer 5 minutes. Stir in cottage cheese and serve.
