Easy Macaroni Salad by
Ingredients
8 oz elbow macaroni
1 c light mayonnaise
3 tbs low ft milk
2 tbs vinegar
1 tbs mustard
1 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 c of celery (slice thin)
1 c green bell pepper (chopped)
1/4 c onion chopped
Instructions
1. Cook and drain pasta; rinse w/ cold water to cool
2. In large bowl combine mayo, milk, vinegar, mustard, sugar, salt and pepper.
3. Add macaroni, celery, green pepper and onion; toss to coat
4. Cover; chill to blend flavors.
