Ingredients
Ingredients:
1 1/2 C warm water
2 Tab white Sugar
1 Tab active dry yeast
4 C bread flour
2 Tab vegetable oil
1 teas salt

Directions:
In mixing bowl combine warm water, sugar and yeast, let activate for about 10 minutes. Add 2 C flour and vegetable oil, until combined and then add in remaining flour 1/2 C at a time, then add salt.
Knead with dough hook for about 8 minutes,
Place in a greased bowl and turn once to coat top. Cover and let raise for about an hour until doubled in size.
Punch down dough and divide into 16 equal size pieces and form into round balls. Lightly grease a 9 x 13 or a tad smaller pan, place rolls into pan and cover with a damp cloth. Let rise until doubled about 40 minutes. Cook in preheated over at 400 degrees for about 18-20 minutes. Melt 1/2 a stick of butter and garlic powder/salt in a bowl, and brush on rolls immediately out of oven.
