Crock Pot Salsa Ranch Chicken Pasta by
Ingredients
3-5 frozen chicken breasts (depending on the size)
1 10.5 oz can of Cream of Chicken soup
1 cup salsa
1 tsp minced garlic
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup ranch dressing
16 oz rotini pasta
Instructions
1. Place frozen chicken breasts into bottom of slow cooker.
2. In a medium bowl, mix together cream of chicken soup, salsa, and minced garlic.
3. Pour the mixture of frozen chicken.
4. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours.
5. About 30 minutes before serving, begin preparing the rotini pasta according the package directions.
6. Once chicken is cooked, shred chicken or cut into chunks.
7. Mix in sour cream and ranch into slow cooker.
8. Stir in the cooked rotini pasta.
