Mexican Dip by
Ingredients
1 pkg. (8 oz.) Cream Cheese
1/4 cup chunky medium salsa
1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
2 Tbsp. sliced pitted black olives
1 Tbsp. chopped cilantro
Instructions
Place unwrapped block of cream cheese on microwaveable plate; top with salsa, shredded cheese and olives.
Microwave on HIGH 45 sec. to 1 min. or until cheddar cheese is melted; sprinkle with cilantro.
Serve with crackers.
