Graham crackers - crushed
Berries (straw, rasp, blue, black)
2-4 T sugar
orange/lemon
Mascarpone Whipped Cream:
(makes 1.5-2 c)
1/2 c heavy whipping cream
1/4 c mascarpone - ROOM TEMP
1.5 T powdered sug
1/2 t van
Zest orange/lemon
Instructions
Layer 1 - crushed graham
Layer 2
-- cut strawberries
-- sprinkle sugar over berries
-- store in fridge 1+ hr
Layer 3
-- Take mascarpone out 1 hr b4 to come to room temp
-- Put large bowl & whisks in freezer 15 min b4
-- Whisk heavy cream & mascarpone 1st
-- add in rest of ingredients
Layer 4 (optional): zest & graham cracker crumbs
