Ham and cheese omelette by janine

Ingredients

Frying pan Spatula Medium bowl 1/2 cup shredded cheese your choice 1/2 cup finely chopped ham 2-6 eggs depending on how many people you are feeding 2 tbsp water Dash of pepper 1 tbsp of butter 1/8 tsp of salt

Instructions

Beat eggs, water,salt,pepper in bowl until combined
Heat butter in 7-10” skillet
Pour in egg mixture
Move the partly cooked egg mixture over
Pour ingredients into middle of eggs
Fold over
Slide omelette onto a plate serve immediately
