Ingredients

1 packet puff pastry (5 sheets) 500g cheese, grated 3 onions, chopped 4 eggs, beaten 5 rashers bacon, chopped mix herbs and pepper to sprinkle with

Instructions

Pre-heat oven to 180 degrees.
1. Mix all ingredients together. Sprinkle with mixed herbs and pepper.
2. Spread out pastry and evenly spread mixture on all sheets.
3. Moisten edge with milk and roll up like a swiss roll cake.
4. Cut into 12 pieces and place flat on well greased tray.
5. Bake for 15 - 20 minutes.
