Żurek (polish sour rye soup) - from soup powder by varchar

Ingredients

- Winiary's Żurek na wędzonce (or other żurek soup powder, but this is the best): 1 sachet - homemade chicken bullion / stock: 500 ml - smoked belly bacon: 60 g - smoked pork sausage: 150 g - potatoes: 300 g - dried onion flakes, 1 tbsp. - eggs: 6

Instructions

1. Boil eggs (to make them hard-boiled).
2. Dissolve żurek in bullion and boil it.
3. Peel potatoes and add them to soup.
4. Cut bacon and sausage into cubes and add them to soup.
5. Add onion flakes to soup
6. Peel eggs and cut them into halves (or into small pieces if you don't care how the meal looks like)
7. When potatoes are tender, pour soup into plates and put eggs (2 eggs per plate).
